Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Shifa Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Shifa Stores account, go to 'Order History', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
